I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a newly refurbished property that looked and felt fresh. The hotel facilities were great, with excellent wifi, tea, coffee, and a TV in my compact but comfortable room. The breakfast was comprehensive and served in the pub section of the building, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help with any queries or requests. The location was perfect, easy to access all public transport options, including being close to EastHam station. This made it convenient to explore the city and its outskirts. Additionally, there was free parking available, which was a big plus.
